Kazu,an owner Chef of 寿司幸(Sushiko) will instruct you to make delicious Sushi!!
You can learn how to make good sushi rice, and how to form sushi beautifully.

Enjoy your own made sushi for lunch!
(It comes with miso soup and Sake/Japanese rice wine!!)

Matcha and Japanese confection will be served after lunch.
